Setting up your environment for success is a key part of the Busy Bodies training program. With exclusive access to our closed Facebook group, group coaching and phone calls, you have constant access, inspiration and accountability. We discuss many of the underlying problems that often result in unmet goals and body image issues. This is the most crucial piece in order for your transformation to finally happen both mentally and of course physically!

Nutritional Guidance


With an extended version of the The Busy Girl’s Meal Guide you will learn to eat healthy and balanced without being deprived. I believe everyone needs freedom in a food plan and should never eliminate entire food groups. This will help turn meal planning into something you enjoy and are able to maintain long term. You’ll learn how to make this work with your schedule, life and routine without compromising energy and taste. My goal is for you to able to make your own well educated, healthy choice in any situation!

Expert Training


The Busy Bodies plan will get you in the best shape of your life in only three strength training workouts per week. Watch as you develop beautiful, long lean muscle and tighten every are of your body. You’ve never feel better or stronger than you will after only 60 days on my program! When I started down the road to lose 80+ lbs and get my life back, I wasn’t sure how I would do it but I made a decision to start. I have been working with Lori for almost two years and have noticed a huge difference in my body over that time. I first noticed Lori Harder on the cover of Oxygen magazine. She immediately caught my attention with her awesome figure and gorgeous smile. I’ve read Oxygen for years and she’s the first cover girl I’ve really wanted to really read and learn about.
